Chicken Breast With Chili

Really soft, quick and spicy chicken breast with chili!
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  1. Reheat the oven over 400F, remove chicken breast from marinade and spice it with chili powder. In the glass dish, put little oil, chicken broth, and chicken breast. Cover it with aluminum foil, and put it in oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the meat on the other side and return it in oven for 10 minutes, without aluminum foil.
