Cinnamon Rice Pudding - creamy, healthy and so delicious dessert! This Cinnamon Rice Pudding is very easy to make and turns out so rich and tasty!
  • 2 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 cup milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  1. In a saucepan, combine rice, milk and granulated sugar. Cook uncovered, over medium heat for 15 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Remove from heat, stir vanilla and cinnamon. Spoon into serving dishes. Pudding can be served warm or cold.
