Valentine Red Velvet Cheesecake Pops - The most delicious Red Velvet Cheesecake Pops recipe ever! So nice and tasty! Perfect dessert for Valentine’s Day!
  • 1 box red velvet cake mix (plus ingredients called for on cake mix oil, eggs and water)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz white chocolate
  • 22-24 lollipop or wooden craft stick
  • Heart shaped sprinkles, optional
  • Red sprinkles, optional
  1. Bake the cake according to directions on the package
  2. Let it cool completely then crumble the cake in a bowl (just use your hands to completely crumble the cake)
  3. Add softened cream cheese and knead gently with your fingers until is incorporated
  4. Roll about 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture into balls
  5. Press one lollipop stick into each cheesecake ball and place on a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper
  6. Set in the fridge to chill
  7. Remove cheesecake pops form the fridge
  8. Melt white chocolate and dip cheesecake pops into melted chocolate and lightly tap on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate
  9. Sprinkle each pops with red sprinkles and heart shaped sprinkles
  10. Store in the fridge
