Easter Popcorn Balls are old fashioned holiday treat made with buttery popcorn and sweet marshmallows! They are perfect for Spring or just about any holiday and are so much fun to make!
  • 12 cups popped popcorn
  • 6 cups mini marshmallows, divided
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • Pink, blue, yellow food coloring
  1. Line your counter top with parchment paper or wax paper, set aside
  2. Work with one color at a time
  3. In a large microwave safe bowl, place 2 tablespoons butter and 2 cups mini marshmallows, microwave for 45 seconds
  4. Remove from microwave and add pink food coloring and stir until butter is melted
  5. Stir in 4 cups popcorn and mix well so all popcorn is coated
  6. Let set for a few minutes, until you are able to touch it without burning your fingers and then spray your hands with cooking spray and shape a handful of popcorn into 3-4 inch balls before they cool
  7. Repeat process with the other two colors of food coloring
