Easy Guacamole Dip - perfect choice for light dinner! This recipe is so nice, delicious and healthy! Easy Guacamole Dip - love at first bite!
  • 3 ripe Haas avocados
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup Roma tomato, deseeded and diced
  • One jalapeno, seeds removed and finely diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pinch of salt, or more to taste
  • Pepper, fresh ground
  1. Cut avocados in half and use a spoon to scoop out the seed, scoop out the flesh and add to a bowl
  2. Smash with a fork or small potato masher
  3. Add in the red onion, tomatoes, jalapeno and cilantro leaves
  4. Add lime juice, salt, pepper and cumin then use a fork to gently mash until creamy, but still chunky
  5. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
Store in the fridge for 3-4 days
