Hot Dog Rolls

Sweet or salty these hot dog rolls are delicious, easy, and very soft.
  • 6 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil for greasing
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup butter
  • 10 hot dogs
  1. Stir active dry yeast with lukewarm milk and teaspoon sugar, leave it until foams for 5-8 minutes.
  2. When it foams add salt, oil, yogurt, stirring constantly slowly add flour. Knead well, and leave dough to rise for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, thinly stretch dough and daub with butter all surface.
  4. Roll dough and leave it for 15 minutes. Stretch the roll and divide it into triangles. Triangles must be stretch well.
  5. On every triangle put ½ hot dog and roll it.
  6. Put baking paper in the brass and add rolls. Whisk one yolk and Tablespoon oil and daub every roll.
  7. Put brass in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 400 F, until gold brown.
  8. When rolls are finish, whisk ¼ cup milk, water and oil.
