Berry Cheesecake Salad is a delicious dessert salad, filled with the flavors of cheesecake, strawberries and blueberries it's a refreshing summer dessert! It is the perfect patriotic dessert for Memorial Day and 4th of July!
Ingredients
16 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 cups fresh blueberries
Blue stars sprinkles, optional
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth
Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract and beat on high speed until the cream cheese mixture is thick, smooth and creamy
Fold in the strawberries and blueberries and stir well until everything is thoroughly combined
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve add blue stars sprinkles if desired
