Easy, rich and decadent dessert with 3 ingredients a Lotus Biscuit base, creamy Lotus Biscoff mousse and Lotus Biscoff spread! Elegant dessert for any special occasion!
Ingredients
For Crust:
12 Lotus Biscoff cookies, crushed
For Mousse:
1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
For Topping:
½ cup Lotus Biscoff spread
Instructions
To make crust:
Finely crush the Lotus Biscoff cookies in a food processor to crumble and divide evenly between individual serving serving glasses or bowls, press down with a spoon or the bottom of a small cup.
To make Mousse:
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form
Add Lotus Biscoff spread and mix on medium speed until well combined and very smooth
Spoon the Biscoff mousse into serving glasses or bowls
To make Topping:
Place ½ cup Lotus Biscoff spread in a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave until very melted about 20-30 seconds then pour spread over the top
Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the mousse to set
Add Biscoff cookies for garnish if desired
