Ingredients
For Strawberry Hot Chocolate:
8 ounces quality white chocolate chopped
1 ½ cups strawberry Nesquik
½ cup instant non fat dry milk powder
6 ounces hot milk or water
For Topping:
Mini marshmallows or whipped cream, optional
Instructions
Prepare the mix:
In a bowl, combine chopped white chocolate, strawberry Nesquik and dry milk powder. Stir well.
Make the hot chocolate:
Add 3 tablespoons of the mixture to a mug, then pour in 6 oz of hot milk or water.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the drink is smooth.
Add toppings:
Top with mini marshmallows or a swirl of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
