This Easter Lemon Fudge is a bright, creamy, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for spring celebrations. Made with just white chocolate chips and lemon frosting, it’s sweet, tangy, and melts in your mouth. Add colorful Easter sprinkles for a festive finish!
Ingredients
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 (16 ounce) can lemon frosting
  • 2-3 drops yellow gel food coloring
  • Easter sprinkles, optional
Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Stir in the lemon frosting until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Add 2–3 drops of yellow gel food coloring and mix until the color is even.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle Easter sprinkles on top, gently pressing them in.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Cut into small squares and serve.
