Try to make this tomato soup on my way, your family will stay speechless and you will cook it again and again!
  • 35 oz tomato
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1-2 cup chicken broth
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  1. Coarsely cut tomato, onions, carrots and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes on 400 F.
  2. When baked vegetables cool add chicken broth and finish soup with blender.
  3. Season to taste, and you can add some herbs.
  4. Serve immediately.
