Tzatziki Recipe
  • 1 cup Greek whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 piece English cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add olive oil or mint for some extra flavor.
  2. Serve this with some pita and you’re good to go.
