Bolognese Sauce, so many recipes about this dish out there, but you must try to make my version of Bolognese Sauce and I’m sure that you will list it in your weekly menu!
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb minced beef
  • 2 onions minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tomato cut up
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Salt to taste
  1. Reheat olive oil in the pan.
  2. Add onions and garlic in the pan and cook until golden brown on medium heat.
  3. Add minced beef and all spices (oregano, basil, pepper, salt).
  4. Add water and tomato sauce, cover the pan and let to cook for 25 minutes until sauce become thick, stirring occasionally.
  5. In large pot add water and salt.
  6. Cook spaghetti as instructed by the manufacturer.
  7. Serve hot sauce with cooked spaghetti.
  8. Add grated cheese.
