Is this recipe for one serving or two? I saw that it makes two sushi rolls, but am not sure if I should be eating one or both as my snack?

I am giving a tea party tomorrow….can I make these a day ahead or will they get soggy?
Lidia Simic says
Hi Sharon, You can use a tiny bit of lemon juice on the banana. My kids never complain about them going brown or soggy. I hope that helps. Let us know how you go.

What an amazing blog post, and it’s so original and unique. I absolutely love eating sushi, especially after visiting my local sushi restaurant Rofuto (rofuto.co.uk) and I now I can’t get enough. I would never have thought to try fruit sushi though – maybe this is something I can start doing with my kids who are fussy eaters. So glad I came across this post, thanks for sharing.

This would be good with a thin layer of
peanut butter underneath the Nutella !!!

Have you ever tried freezing these and serving later? If so, did it work well? It looks delicious!
Lidia says
Hi Kelly, I’ve never had too much success freezing and then eating fresh banana once it’s thawed. Freezing would make the banana sort of mushy (once it’s thawed). But if you don’t mind that, sure!
