The Dallas / Fort Worth Metropolitan Complex is a large area with diverse communities. There are many Dallas studio apartments for rent available for professionals. There are also 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and luxurious penthouses are available for rent with the best amenities in Dallas.

1. University Park

The upscale city of University Park, which is sandwiched between Dallas and Highland Park, has a high cost of living. Because Southern Methodist University is located in this Dallas suburb, the average resident age is 26. When strolling through University Park’s clean, tree-lined streets, stop at The Meadows Museum on campus, which holds the country’s biggest collection of Spanish art, and one of the numerous pleasant cafes and unusual businesses surrounding Snider Plaza.

2. Addison

Addison is the finest place to live in Dallas, according to Doorsteps. This is a perfect spot to live for individuals who want to be close enough to the city to take advantage of the conveniences, jobs, and leisure activities, yet far enough away to enjoy a tranquil living in a community with a strong community. Addison has a lot of great restaurants, so it’s a great place to live for folks who enjoy dining out and socializing.

3. Frisco

Due to low property prices and a wide range of housing alternatives, it has also been rated the greatest area in the United States for first-time homeowners. It is a rapidly expanding area, with various significant firms relocating in and around the area. This indicates that the number of job openings has increased. The sole disadvantage of residing in this area is the lack of good transportation to downtown Dallas.

4. Southlake

Southlake, named after the southern end of Lake Grapevine, is a picturesque area ideal for individuals who enjoy an active lifestyle. While it is one of the safest areas in the country, Southlake has a high cost of living due to the great demand for luxury real estate. Southlake is one of the nicest Dallas suburbs to live in. Thus many people are prepared to pay the hefty price tag.

5. The Plano

Plano, a Dallas suburb with a plethora of restaurants, shopping, natural beauty, and a thriving art scene, is a vibrant city in its own right. Plano, located 16 miles northeast of Dallas and home to Toyota, JCPenney, and Frito Lay, is always seeing new apartment complexes spring up to accommodate the rush of residents migrating to the city to take advantage of its rising work prospects.

While Plano was historically known for its pricey real estate and well-established families, working millennials looking to start a family and send their children to excellent public schools may now choose from several affordable housing options. You can reach downtown Dallas in 45 minutes by DART Light Rail, but if you want to spend the weekend in Plano, head to the annual Plano Balloon Festival at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve and Legacy Hall.

6. Flower Mound

7. Coppell

Coppell appeals to business travelers since it is close to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and has a ring of motorways that make traveling into Dallas a snap. Residents in Dallas can benefit from work at AAA Texas and Container Store, a low cost of living, excellent public schools, low crime rates, and calm residential neighborhoods, which are ideal for families and first-time home purchasers.

Be proud of the small town of Koppel for a party on the block, on the beautiful paths in the 66-hectare Koppel Nature Park or at one of the many local restaurants in the town.

8. Carrollton
