Can this recipe be doubled for an 11 x 13″ pan?
Lidia Simic says
Yes Kathy, put them in a 11×13. You won’t need to change the baking temp, but the time shouldn’t be as long. Keep an eye on them. I haven’t doubled the recipe, so I wish I knew the exact time. Enjoy!!
Heather says
I’m excited to make these, can I use chocolate chips instead of chopping chocolate?
Lidia Simic says
Hi Heather, of course you can use chocolate chips. Good luck and enjoy!
Emma says
Hey, my boyfriend and I baked these and it actually took us 45 minutes for them to cook all the way through. great recipe! yum!
Lidia Simic says
I’m glad that you like the recipe Emma! 🙂
Todd says
I cooked it for 25 to 30 mins and they were raw in the middle why?
Lidia Simic says
Hi Todd, I’m sorry you are having trouble. All ovens are different so you may just have to cook a little longer than the 30 minutes. Just keep an eye on them and check them every couple of min. Hope that helps!
Alice says
Todd, I baked mine for 45min and they were raw inside as well. I will next time do my brownie recipe that is proven in my kitchen and just add traditional cheesecake layer. I am thankful for the idea of this dessert though!

Came out very well. I softened the cream cheese before mixing with the other ingredients. A quick and easy snack I’ll be making again!

what can you use besides white choc chips this would have sugar in it.
Lidia Simic says
Hi Ron, Sorry to respond so late! I personally haven’t made them without the white chips, so I wish I could let you know how they turn out without them!
Madiha says
Hi there, does the Brownie Cheesecake need to be refrigerated if not immediately consumed?
Lidia Simic says
Hi Madiha, They don’t need to be. They are fine in the pan, as long as you have a lid or cover them. You could even put them in air tight container. Hope that helps!
