Two days ago, my colleague brought these Cheesy Spinach Crescents for snack so I try and like them very much. I ask her how she has time to make these delicious croissants and she told me that she has a secret. Yes, her secret was puff pastry. I was shocked, how delicious. Every time I make some cakes or pastry I like it to be homemade, till that day.
Buying puff pastry, rolling pin, fill spread, ham and you are finish. She also let excess of puff pastry in the fridge, so she can make something sweet quickly when friends come over. For 20 minutes she has great appetizer. For this recipe, you need mood and few ingredients and croissants can be salt or sweet, as you wish.

My version of these croissants is easy and very quick. It depends on you, but I need 7-8 minutes to shape, fill them and reheat the oven. Little secret is that you need to daub the croissants with vegetable oil, how they can stay soft. Try it!
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 2 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls
- Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Mix finely chopped spinach, feta and mozzarella cheese and salt.
- Stretch the dough and divide it into triangles.
- On every triangle put one teaspoon of spinach and cheese and roll it.
- Reheat the oven on 400 F.
- Grease the brass and add croissants.
- Bake croissants for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- When croissants are finished, daub them with oil.
