Prepare this easy recipe and your lunch will be incredible good. Taste and smell of Bolognese Sauce will fill your kitchen and family will be together. I did not want to share this recipe with you because I thought this recipe is familiar to you, but my friends and family told me that I must share this Bolognese recipe because every time I gave this recipe to someone, they will be surprised.
This Bolognese Sauce is the best for me and my family likes this recipe the most, so I made it very often in my kitchen. I like pasta and every kind of pastry made with flour and eggs are my favorite groceries. Bolognese Sauce, I made it so many times. - 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb minced beef
- 2 onions minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tomato cut up
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- Salt to taste
- Reheat olive oil in the pan.
- Add onions and garlic in the pan and cook until golden brown on medium heat.
- Add minced beef and all spices (oregano, basil, pepper, salt).
- Add water and tomato sauce, cover the pan and let to cook for 25 minutes until sauce become thick, stirring occasionally.
- In large pot add water and salt.
- Cook spaghetti as instructed by the manufacturer.
- Serve hot sauce with cooked spaghetti.
- Add grated cheese.
