- Kratom powder
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of vegetable oil OR melted butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 ¼ cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ cup of chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
To make the cookies:
- Heat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix the Kratom powder, flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix the sugar and oil/melted butter in a separate bowl until it is liquid.

- 2 cups of mixed berries
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon of fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, or another sweetener of your choice
To create this masterpiece, core the green apple and cut it into chunks, but keep the skin on. Place the apple and banana chunks into a blender. - ⅓ cup of plain Greek yogurt
- ½ heaping cup of rolled oats
- ⅔ cup of unsweetened milk
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds/ground flax meal
