Where I come from, summers are a magical time of year. People head outside when the weather is nice. Canoeing, biking, and picnicking by the lake are popular activities throughout the summer months. As if that wasn’t enough, sweaty brows are a terrific reason to get together with pals and have some ice cream!

fruit

It’s chilly outside. It’s a little bit sweet. It has a creamy texture. When the oppressive midday heat starts to get to you, a blast of fruity, nutty, or chocolate-chunky taste might be just what you need to lift your spirits. • Bring to a gentle boil, whisking constantly.
  • Allow cooling after removing from heat.
