Oreo Truffles Recipe

Delicious Oreo truffles made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese and melted chocolate, topped with festive sprinkles! Rich, creamy and dipped in chocolate for the perfect bite-sized treat!
Ingredients
  • 36 Oreos crushed
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz semi sweet chocolate candy melts or melted white chocolate
  • Easter Sprinkles, optional

Instructions
  1. In a food processor (powerful blender) pulse Oreos, until fine crumbs are formed.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add cream cheese. Mix well to form a soft dough.
  3. Roll into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on a tray, lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill for at least 15 minutes, until hard.
  5. Melt chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler and dip truffles in melted chocolate, use a spoon to decorate truffles by drizzling chocolate over the top then lift and allow excess chocolate to run off
  6. Return to baking sheet and sprinkle with Easter sprinkles
  7. Let them cool.
  8. Serve
