Healthy Banana Raspberry Oatmeal Muffins Recipe

This easy baked Banana Raspberry Oatmeal Muffins use only FOUR basic ingredients and they are perfect to breakfast or as an afternoon snack. These low-carb 4 ingredients muffins are packed with protein and potassium and incredibly  easy and healthy but also delicious and they have no added fats or sugars.

Oats is a very healthy ingredient, and we need to eat it more because it have plenty of minerals and prevents obesity, it is very filling and healthy. Raspberries and bananas are also very healthy fruits. Sweet treat in muffin shape, perfect for every occasion and when you try to make these healthy muffins, you will make it again and again.

For these Healthy Banana Raspberry Muffins, I don’t have many words to say, except they are fantastic for breakfast or snack and everybody like them. Very good choice to start your day! Not to mention that you will feel much better after eating these and will not have the over-stuffy feeling after eating the ordinary muffin that is loaded with sugar and flour.

This recipe is perfect for you when you want something really healthy but you don’t have too much time for preparing. Take only about 20 minutes to make, so try them. This oatmeal is really good, moist and tasty. There are many similar recipes out there but I really like this version with raspberries.  I think that you can see all that magic on the photo.

HEALTHY BANANA RASPBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS - A QUICK, EASY and delicious recipe with FOUR ingredients, NO flour, sugar or butter! This simple recipe is perfect for weight loss and health!
Ingredients
  • 3 bananas, medium ripe
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup rolled oats, old fashioned
  • 1 ½ cups raspberry, fresh

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Spray with cooking spray standard muffin pan with 12 liners and set aside
  3. In a medium bowl, mash banana with a fork
  4. Then beat in the eggs and add rolled oats and mix until just combined
  5. Add a few raspberries to each compartment and fill the banana mixture almost to the top
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until light golden brown on top and completely set
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before removing from pan

Oatmeal cups can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months
