How To Make Dill Pickle Pizza With Garlic Sauce
Ingredients Required
For The Dough
- All purpose flour (6 cups)
- Instant Dry Yeast (2 tbsp)
- Sugar (2 tbsp)
- Salt (2 tsp)
- Hot water (2 cups)
- Olive Oil (½ cups)
- Fresh oregano (1 tbsp)
- Garlic Powder (1 tbsp)
- Onion Powder (1 tbsp)
- Margarine (2 tbsp)
For The Sauce
- Garlic (1 Head)
- Olive oil (½ cups)
- Fresh Oregano (1 tbsp)
- Garlic Powder (1 tbsp)
- Onion Powder (1 tbsp)
- Margarine (2 tbsp)

Steps To Make Dill Pickle Pizza
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425oF or 218oC
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, yeast, water, sugar and olive oil and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Leaving it aside for 10 minutes will allow the yeast to activate.
Step 3: In another large mixing bowl, add flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, margarine and salt. Ensure that you mix the ingredients well.
Step 4: Mix the ingredients in both bowls and ensure to keep mixing the dough until all the ingredients are mixed properly. You can sprinkle extra flour if required.
Step 5: Keep the dough aside until it doubles in size.
Step 6: In a pizza pan, spray some non-stick spray and begin lining the pan with the pressed dough.
Step 7: Dock the dough (How to dock a dough) using a fork, doing this will allow the dough to breathe when it is placed in the oven. Once completed, keep the dough aside for 15 minutes while we prepare the sauce.

Step 11: Add the sliced pickles on top and add the remainder of the cheese on top.
Step 12: Place the dough in the oven and let it cook until the dough turns golden brown. This should take approximately 20 minutes.
Step 13: Serve the pizza with pickle and fresh dill.
