The Easiest and Healthiest Breakfasts

February 25, 2021 By Yummiest Food Leave a Comment

Modern people don’t have time even for cooking. They buy prepared meals, and most of them are unhealthy. Yet, you can make cooking faster and even have time to chat with friends, play live dealer baccarat in Ireland, or watch an episode of your favorite series. Here are the easiest breakfasts.

Oatmeal With Healthy Additives

The porridge we know from childhood can be not only healthy but also delicious. In the evening, fill a small amount of cereal with a mixture of yogurt and milk with a minimum percentage of fat. In the morning add pieces of fruit or berries. A less caloric option – use boiling water instead of yogurt and milk, infuse for 20 minutes. Instead of fruits and berries you can take nuts or dried fruits.

Omelette With Vegetables and Cheese

This breakfast will be especially relevant if you have a serious physical activity. Pour 1-2 beaten eggs in a pan, add any vegetables and cheese on top. Cook the dish on low heat, after the bottom layer of the omelette has baked – cover with a lid. Scrambled eggs are high in protein, which is involved in the construction of muscles and tissues, as well as contributes to long-term physical endurance.

Fruit Salad

A perfect way to start a summer day. Such a breakfast is rich in vitamins and micronutrients. Any fruit will do, it is best to take several different kinds. As a dressing, use nonfat yogurt or kefir. The sour milk supplement will replenish the protein and calcium in the body and will improve the function of the intestines.

Cottage Cheese With Fruit and Honey

Another protein breakfast that helps you lose weight and makes you feel full for a long time. Use cottage cheese with a low percentage of fat (up to 9%), add to it any fruit or berries, as well as a teaspoon of honey. This combination of products strengthens the immune system, protects against stress, and improves the metabolism.

Cheese and Banana Sandwich

Yes, yes, sandwiches can be healthy too. For this dish, you’ll need whole-grain bread. Spread a mixture of soft cheese and honey on it, put slices of banana on top. You can use sesame seeds as an addition. Just a few minutes, and you will have a breakfast full of carbohydrates, healthy fats and proteins.

Smoothie With Banana and Apple

Take a glass of milk. Add chopped bananas and apple, ½ teaspoon of honey, a pinch of cinnamon and mix it all with a blender.

Frittata

If you’re used to eating scrambled eggs for breakfast, you can make an Italian frittata for a change.

Chop mushrooms and onions, fry in a little olive oil, add spices to taste. Beat eggs with grated cheese and pour the mixture over the fried mushrooms. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished omelette with herbs and cheese and cut into portions. You can prepare the frittata in the evening, and in the morning you only need to reheat your healthy breakfast.
