Ready to add some romance to your kitchen? Here’s how you can impress your BBW date with your cooking skills!

The art of lovemaking isn’t exclusive to the bedroom. Nothing is more romantic than taking the time out of your day to cook a beautiful woman a meal. It’s even more romantic if you can do it together. The popularity of the best free BBW dating sites increases every year because, for the men who like curves ladies, these are the perfect places to look for a relationship. If the woman you fancy is a BBW, she probably likes to cook, so you can take cooking classes on your first date! Or surprise your lady with a tasty meal you’ll make together at home. Here are a few dishes that you could make together:

1.      20-Minute Spaghetti Carbonara

Starting with a classic, we have the spaghetti carbonara! For this, you’ll need

  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 50g of finely grated parmesan (plus extra for serving)
  • 200g smoked streaky bacon, chopped
  • 200g dried spaghetti
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh ground pepper

Method:

  1. Mix in a bowl the egg yolks, parmesan, and pepper to taste and set aside.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in olive oil, adding the garlic, ensuring not to brown the garlic, thus making it bitter.
  3. Drain the pasta, reserving a mug of the water. Add the spaghetti to the bacon and stir
  4. Add a dash of the reserved water to the pasta and bacon mix and remove from the heat.
  5. Add the cheese and egg mixture and stir quickly, adding more pasta water until it’s smooth and glossy.
  6. Serve to your big and beautiful woman with parmesan grated on top and garlic bread on the side.

2.      Lemon Garlic Pasta

Here’s a recipe for our vegetarian members out there! To make this masterpiece, you’ll need

  • 150g dried pasta of choice
  • 2 banana shallots, peeled and thinly sliced (red onion is a great alternative)
  • 2 fat cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 vegetable stock cube dissolved in a spoon full of reserved pasta water
  • 100ml double cream
  • The zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Dried tarragon
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the packet. Fry 1 peeled and sliced shallot and 2 cloves of garlic until softened but not browned.
  2. To the softened shallots and garlic, add tarragon, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and zest.
  3. Dissolve the stock cube in your ladle full of pasta water (approximately 100ml) and add to the 100ml of double cream. Heat this sauce for about 2 mins without letting it come to a boil.
  4. Mixed in the cooked pasta and serve!

3.      Baked Chicken with Tomatoes and Garlic

This is a brilliant meal to accompany those cozy nights spent on the sofa watching feel-good films. Here’s what you’ll need to get:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic bulb separated but not peeled
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Pitted Kalamata olives drained and halved
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Using the olive oil and 50g of butter, fry the chicken breasts in an ovenproof stovetop casserole pan until sealed on all sides and lightly golden.
  3. Add the unpeeled garlic cloves with salt and pepper to taste, bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, the rest of the butter, olives, and wine, return to the oven for a further 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve with crusty bread and a green salad.
