  • Unlike other vegetable oils, soybean has excellent emulsifying properties, which is why many food service providers prefer it.

Most soybeans worldwide are refined by the industry that crushes the soybean to generate natural soybean. The food additive, lecithin, is then removed and the soybean will be bleached, somewhat exposed to hydrogen, distilled, and deodorized.
