Your condo gives you the freedom to live independently. Most people move to condos because of their busy life. While you may have been eating take-out food a lot, you can still eat home-cooked meals every once in a while. Most busy professionals would cook, and that’s why we’re giving you 5 easy recipes below.
You only need a couple of minutes out of your busy time to make these amazing foods.
1. Easy Stir Fry
2 cans of sliced water chestnuts
1 pound fresh chicken tenders
2 cups of shredded fresh Napa cabbage
2 pounds of frozen vegetables, a broccoli-cauliflower
1 cup prepared stir-fry cooking sauce
First, cut the chicken tenders into at least 10 pieces. Put the frozen vegetables in the microwave to defrost. You put your skillet on the burner and coat it with vegetable spray. Sauté the chicken for at least 2 minutes until you notice its changed color to white, and then remove it. Put the microwaved vegetables in the pan and include a stir-fry sauce to cook it for 2 minutes. Add your chicken and water chestnuts. Cook it for at least two minutes, and then you can add the shredded cabbage before serving.
2. Delicious Shrimp Scampi
20 large raw shrimp
Chopped fresh garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup of fresh lemon
With these simple ingredients, you can easily make your shrimp scampi. You will need a non-stick skillet to heat the olive oil. The cooker should be on medium-high to cook it until it is hot, then add your chopped garlic and leave to cook for 2 minutes. You can then add your shrimp and cook until it’s pink. Squeeze in a bit of lemon juice across the shrimp and inside the pan. Serve.
3. Roasted Squash
1 small butternut squash
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 diced onion
2 cloves garlic
1tsp cooking cream
Peel and cut the butternut squash into cubes, then add your salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in a baking dish to roast in the oven for 15 minutes until it turns golden. Heat some butter and add onions to cook before including the garlic cloves. You can add the roasted squash to your chicken broth. When it is soft, transfer to a blender to mix and puree. Pour the soup into the pot and add cream while you stir. Garnish with parsley.
4. Rib-eye Steak
2 Ribeye steaks
2 cloves of garlic
A sprig of thyme or rosemary
Season the two sides of your steak with salt and pepper. Pour some olive oil in a hot pan and dear both steaks even. Sear each side for half a minute. Put butter in the pan, the garlic, and thyme. Allow the steak to mix with the herb and butter using a spoon. Check doneness and serve.
5. Chia Seed Pudding
1 cup chia seeds
2 cup milk
2 tsp honey or agave syrup
