Recipe Details:
- 10 cups Cookie Pop Halloween Oreo popcorn or 3 – 2.03 ounce bags
- ½ cup packed brown sugar ● ¼ cup butter
- 1 16 ounce bag marshmallows ● Green food coloring
- ½ cup candy eyeballs
- Pour Cookie Pop Halloween Oreo popcorn into a large bowl.
- Melt brown sugar and butter together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often. Stir in marshmallows until melted and smooth. Stir in green food coloring until the color is evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated. Spread out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet to set up (you can spray your hands with cooking spray to help spread out).
- Sprinkle in candy eyeballs and allow to cool.
