- 1¼ cup flour
- 1½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon soda
- 2 eggs
- Kosher salt
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup plant oil

- Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt in the first bowl.
