Glazed pork ribs, this dish will be a meal to remember!
There are restaurants which keep the secret of preparing glazed pork ribs, but today I will tell you one of my secrets.. My Grandma always taught me that is very important to cook with heart and that love is the main ingredient! So, be patient, follow along and I promise you that is possible to make perfect glazed ribs! It is very easy, and very important thing is to leave pork ribs in marinade for 24 hours..
Use ingredients in combination with honey, ketchup, love and little imagination.. Your family members will like this dish so much, especially male population!
I believe that you will use this glaze for every other meat.
- 50 oz pork ribs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Place the pork ribs in a single layer in a wide, shallow, glass dish. Pour the marinade (salt, pepper, rosemary, oil) over ribs, and place in the fridge to marinate for 24 hours.
- Put pork ribs in the brass and cook them in the oven 45 minutes on 340 F, then pull out over water and remove ribs from oven for 10 minutes to cool down. This will make a ribs really soft. Turn ribs to the other side and return them to oven.
- Meanwhile, in small pot melt butter and add honey and ketchup.
- After 90 minutes of the start of cooking, remove ribs from oven and add honey and ketchup sauce. Cook them for 5 minutes on 400 F, on both sides to get crispy crust.
